If you’re a new client you’ll need to book an initial assessment so we can understand your needs and match you to the best counsellor. To book your assessment please email info@mind-care.org.uk and we’ll talk you through the process.
All Initial Telephone assessments are £40 for 30 minutes.
(Please note: your booking confirmation will state 1hr, this is for the therapist to process your information, and look to allocate you to the most appropriate therapist.
All Counselling appointments following allocation are currently £60 for 50 minutes.
Please note, prices will be increasing from 20th April 2026. Any appointments booked after this date will be at the revised price of £65 for 50 minutes.
