Realise was created to support the work of the charity, by offering a service that people could access outside of the NHS. It’s designed to give you more choice and the chance to pay for support in a timely fashion to suit your needs.
We know that waiting times are often long and that for many people that can be frustrating. The Realise team can remove this issue and offer flexibility so that you can see a counsellor when it best suits you.
All our counsellors are fully qualified and are members of professional governing bodies that support and set standards around their professional development. They each have different approaches and can work with specific issues so you can find a counsellor that reflects your individual needs.
